Child Safety Standards

Our standards and practices against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).Last updated: April 24, 2026

01Our Commitment

Roselle Dating LLC ("Roselle," "we," "us") operates Roselle, an online dating platform strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) — including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), child grooming, sextortion involving minors, and any content or behavior that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers children.

This page publishes the standards Roselle follows to prevent, detect, respond to, and report CSAE in compliance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy, Apple's App Store guidelines, and applicable laws in every jurisdiction where we operate.

02Minimum Age Policy (18+)

Roselle is a platform for adults only. To protect children from contact with adult users:

  • The minimum age to create an account is 18 years old
  • Users under 18 are strictly prohibited from using the Service
  • Users are required to confirm their date of birth at sign-up
  • Accounts with an indicated age under 18 are blocked automatically
  • Profiles flagged as potentially belonging to a minor — through reports, moderation signals, or automated review — are immediately suspended pending investigation, and deleted if the user is found to be underage
  • Roselle may require identity or age verification (including photo-based liveness) where permitted by law
  • Content depicting or sexualizing minors is permanently banned — regardless of the account holder's age

03Prohibited Content & Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, reports to law enforcement:

  • Any image, video, audio, text, or link that depicts, describes, promotes, normalizes, solicits, or facilitates the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child (anyone under 18)
  • Grooming behavior — communications intended to build emotional connection with a minor to lower inhibitions or facilitate abuse
  • Sexualized depictions of minors in any medium — photos, illustrations, animations, AI-generated content, cartoons, or text
  • Attempting to arrange, solicit, or offer sexual contact involving a minor
  • Sharing, trading, requesting, or linking to CSAM
  • Sextortion or coercion of any minor
  • Trafficking, smuggling, or facilitating the exploitation of any minor

04Detection & Prevention

We employ multiple layers of detection and prevention:

  • Automated scanning: All uploaded photos and videos are scanned against industry-standard CSAM hash databases (PhotoDNA / NCMEC)
  • AI moderation: Real-time AI analyzes profiles, photos, and chat content for indicators of grooming, sexual content involving minors, or age misrepresentation
  • Human moderators: 24/7 trained safety reviewers handle escalated reports and edge cases
  • Liveness verification: Selfie-based verification reduces the risk of fake or underage accounts
  • Behavioral signals: We monitor patterns associated with predatory behavior across the Service

05Reporting & Response

If you encounter CSAE on Roselle, you can report it instantly:

  • In-app: tap the three-dot menu on any profile or message → ReportChild Safety Concern
  • Email: radiantappinfo@gmail.com

All CSAE reports are prioritized for immediate review. Confirmed violations result in:

  • Permanent account termination
  • Preservation of all relevant content and metadata
  • Reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and applicable local authorities
  • Cooperation with law enforcement investigations as required by law

06Team Training & Resources

All Roselle moderators receive specialized training on identifying and responding to CSAE, including:

  • Recognition of grooming patterns and child sexualization
  • Trauma-informed handling of survivor accounts and reports
  • Legal reporting obligations (NCMEC, mandated reporting laws)
  • Mental health resources for moderators handling difficult content

07Regulatory Compliance

Roselle complies with applicable child safety laws, including:

  • U.S. 18 U.S.C. § 2258A — mandatory reporting of apparent CSAM to NCMEC
  • U.S. COPPA — Children's Online Privacy Protection Act
  • EU Digital Services Act — illegal content removal and reporting
  • UK Online Safety Act
  • Google Play Child Safety Standards policy
  • Apple App Store App Review Guidelines
