Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email.

To use Roselle, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally able to enter into a binding contract
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• Not have been previously banned or removed from the Service
• Not be a registered sex offender in any jurisdiction

We reserve the right to verify your age and identity at any time.

3.1 Account Creation. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your profile up to date. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3.2 Verification. All users must complete our AI-powered liveness verification. Failure to pass verification will result in account restriction.

3.3 Account Security.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials
• You must not share your account with anyone else
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use
• We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Post sexually explicit, hateful, or violent content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Solicit money or financial information from other users
• Promote products, services, or third-party platforms
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems
• Attempt to circumvent moderation, bans, or rate limits
• Share another user's private information without consent
• Engage in any illegal activity

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination — at our sole discretion.

You retain ownership of all content you upload (photos, voice prompts, messages, profile text). By posting content, you grant Roselle a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the Service for as long as your account exists.

The Roselle name, logo, app, and underlying software are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our matching algorithm uses your profile, preferences, and behavior to surface compatible profiles. We do not guarantee any specific number of matches, conversations, or successful relationships.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. Roselle is not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the Service.

Roselle offers premium subscriptions billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Manage and cancel subscriptions in your platform account settings
• Refunds are governed by Apple App Store / Google Play policies
• We do not store full payment card details

We employ a combination of AI content scanning and 24/7 human moderation. By using Roselle, you consent to:

• Automated scanning of profile content for safety
• Human review of reported content and behavior
• Sharing relevant information with law enforcement when required

You may delete your account at any time through in-app settings. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, for violations of these Terms or for conduct we determine harmful to other users or the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability) survive termination.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROSELLE AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roselle, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. You waive your right to participate in any class action or class-wide arbitration.

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Roselle.
• If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
• You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them without restriction.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
